"Podstawa mojej pracy sa tauaze dosc znane posrod raczej starszych mieszkanców dzielnicy.
Wybrałem Jaskółkę, Panterę i Węża bazujac na skojarzeniach i tym do czego nawiazuja, zeby jednoczesnie zastanawialy, ale zeby to zastanowienie nie odbieralo przyjemnosci ogladania pracy.
Wizerunki sa tak podzielone, ze konkretny wzor mozna ogladac tylko z okreslonego miejsca. Zalezy mi na tym, by ludzie chcieli wracac w to miejsce by polaczyc wszystko w calosc.
Generalnie idea niepokazywania wszystkiego od razu, jest mi bardzo bliska. Sztuka powinna zawierac tajemnice, na swoj sposob rzucac odbiorcy wyzwanie i wzbudzac w nim chec do zglebienia dziela".

"The design is formed around three tattoos familiar with elder visitors to the area.
I selected the Swallow, Panther and Snake drawing on associations and connotations they bring to the work.
They form and inner narritive that is open to speculation but does not impede enjoyment of the artwork.
The images are purposely disrupted so that only individual images are legible from specific viewpoints. The aim behind this is to encourage viewers to return to the work to piece together the full composition over many visits.
The idea of not revealing all in one viewing is important to me. An Artwork should include elements of mystery and challenge and instigate a willingness from the public to work at reading the art."
